Our Refund and Return Policy related to shipping: We ship products from Johannesburg, South Africa, and dispatch orders within three working days of receiving payment. We send all orders via a courier service for an additional fee, as shown on the checkout page. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our Johannesburg premises.
Expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days with our third-party courier service. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties.
