At CDC Designs, we take pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Due to the personalized nature of our items, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Personalized/Custom Items: Unfortunately, custom or personalized orders (such as HTV-printed names or custom embroidery) cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please double-check all customization details before finalizing your order.
• Non-Personalized Items: If you’re not happy with a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Defects/Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Warranty:

We stand by the quality of our handmade products, offering a 30-day warranty on all items, including HTV-printed dish towels, T-shirts, wood crafts, and embroidery works. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as loose HTV, peeling, or stitching problems.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper care (such as not following washing instructions)
• Customization errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

To claim a warranty, please contact us with a description and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
