- Personalized/Custom Items: Unfortunately, custom or personalized orders (such as HTV-printed names or custom embroidery) cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product. Please double-check all customization details before finalizing your order.
- Non-Personalized Items: If you’re not happy with a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Defects/Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Warranty:
