Our policy may include a refund on returns or a full replacement, though some restrictions apply, so please review the terms below:

We do accept returns on most products

The product(s) must be in the same condition and packaging which you have received it and undamaged in anyway.

Personalized, customized/commissioned items are non-refundable, unless a physical or technical defect is found on the item. Please ensure all art work on lights and mobiles are thoroughly checked before confirming its purchase. If defect is found, we offer to repair product whilst still under warranty (1year from date of purchase)

Digital products or ‘Instant download’ items do not qualify for returns, exchanges or cancellations

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We will arrange collections for our account.

Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit (also known as a Credit note)

Money will be refunded via EFT to your account, banking details will be required. Depending on your bank it may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

If a product is damaged in anyway or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days has passed, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund
