Shipping Policy
Our Refund and Return Policy related to shipping: We ship products from Johannesburg, South Africa, and dispatch orders within three working days of receiving payment. We send all orders via a courier service for an additional fee, as shown on the checkout page. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our Johannesburg premises.
Expect your order to arrive in 2-3 working days with our third-party courier service. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees or import duties. If your order is delayed or you encounter any delivery issues, contact our customer service team for assistance. Return and Exchange Policy
According to our Refund and Return Policy, we generally do not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 10 days of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Therefore, we gladly exchange defective products and assess refunds on a case-by-case basis. However, we do not issue refunds for used products.
