Returns Policy:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags/packaging attached.
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item(s).
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Warranty Coverage:

• We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or alteration of the product.

Resolution of Warranty Claims:
