Great as a condiment with a rice dish (biryani, dhal, and rice!) or bobotie but also great with roast chicken, fish, and lamb.

If you love lemon, try it. It’s the spiciest of the lot but not by much. Dads and grandpas seem to love this one.
David Higgs (celebrity chef, owner of Marble and My Kitchen Rules judge, recently did a video on his Instagram on this one). Also nice as part of a marinade for lamb, chicken and fish. There are some recipes out there that call for lemon preserve – Jamie Oliver. Also great with halloumi or on a cheese board.
