Due to the unique nature of each item, it is not always possible to repair or replace an item. The item/s that you purchase will be the exact ones in the product photos and are not mass-produced. I kindly ask customers to carefully review the product details and sizing information before placing an order. If you have any doubts or questions about any of my pieces, please do not hesitate to contact me for assistance. 

I am not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the item/s you have purchased.

If for whatever reason there is a problem with your item/s upon arrival, you need to notify me within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic proof of any damages that may have occurred while in transit, along with proof of purchase. As each case is different, we will privately decide what the best course of action will be regarding repairs or exchanges, after a careful review of the product/damages. As each item is unique, it is not guaranteed that the item/s can/will be repaired or replaced, and this is subject to the availability of stock/supplies and the nature or severity of the damage. If I decide that a repair/replacement is possible, I will do so at my own cost, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees. The item/s must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Each item will personally be quality-checked before your package is sent off. Once the package has been collected, anything that happens to it afterwards is out of my control. I will never intentionally send an item that is damaged, and I will take the utmost care in packaging your purchase in such a way that it prevents any damage from occurring while on its way to you.
