Zesty Handmade Natural Soap.
Zesty is one of those bars that just makes you feel ready for the day. It’s fresh and full of life — a real citrus pick-me-up, especially lovely in the mornings. I make it with a bright blend of grapefruit and lime oils, which brings a clean, uplifting scent that doesn’t overpower but definitely lifts your mood.
To give it a silky, gentle feel on the skin, I’ve added a bit of pink clay — one of the mildest clays, so it’s great even if your skin is a little sensitive. It helps to cleanse without drying things out, which is really important to me when making soap.
As always, the base is my usual mix of nourishing oils and butters — coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, and castor oil — for a creamy lather that feels beautiful on the skin and leaves it soft and moisturised.
