As some of our items are made of natural wood, they will never all be 100% the same.
Returns will be accepted in the following circumstances:
If you find that the product is damaged on delivery, you have 7 days to return it. Please take photographs immediately after receipt/opening of the package and send pictures & a description of the problem to [email protected]
If you see the outside of the packaging is damaged, please take photographs before opening the packaging. You will receive a full refund, store credit, or a replacement where possible
