Damaged/Defective goods:

If a product is defective or damaged upon delivery, Moksi must be informed within two days of receiving it. An email can be sent to [[email protected]] stipulating the problem experienced and your order number. Moksi reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the defective or damaged goods. We may arrange for a collection of the product.


If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have received, please get in touch with us within seven days of receipt at [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for not being satisfied. Your request will be evaluated accordingly. If your request is reasonable, we will take it up with the relevant Moksi Creator, who will contact you. Please ensure you are familiar with the terms on the Moksi Creator’s profile page when purchasing.


Upon agreement, Moksi may request your bank details to process a refund. Payments are made once weekly.


A cancellation can be requested at [[email protected]] anytime before the courier has collected the parcel. Note that personalised and custom goods cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Moksi and its Creators cannot be held responsible for spelling errors or incorrect variations (such as size, colour) selected during the buying process.

Considering that most of the products are handmade and unique, there may be slight variations in our products such as colour, wood grains etc. Please refer to the Creator’s terms on their profile page.
