Custom Orders  Do  I take custom orders?

Custom orders are not available at the moment.  Each individual product listing has details about length, size etc.  Some can be adjusted and others not.  A chain can be shortened , or lengthened with an extension chain.  Some other necklaces can have an extension added for extra length.  Please contact me if required.

 

Items Displayed

Every effort has been made to ensure the accurate colours of the jewellery displayed.  However, colours will depend on your device display.  Please note that in the case of limited editions, some items may vary slightly from the displayed photographs.

 

Delivery Time

Items will be shipped within 1-3 working days.  Parcels are  shipped through Aramex  (overnight courier to major centres, or up to 3 days in outlying areas).

As I do not operate a retail store, I are unable to facilitate collection.

 

Return Returned

I do accept returns.  I will gladly exchange the item (unless it is a once off item) or offer you a store credit.  Please contact me immediately if there is a defect or you are not satisfied.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and items are to be returned unworn and in its original condition, within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that great care and love is taken during the creation process and all items are carefully tested before shipping. All items are packaged with great care.

 

Jewellery Care

Only the best quality materials are used in this jewellery. This means that these pieces are made with sterling silver, 14k gold-filled material or silk, & semi precious gemstones and Swarovski crystal elements.

Please note that when bathing, showering, swimming or at the gym it is best to take them off – the humidity and chemicals can speed up the tarnishing process for silver.  Also it is best to store your jewels in individual bags.  Another don’t …. please do not spray perfume or hairspray on your jewellery as it might discolour the metals.  A good rule to follow is last on and first off!

The pearls used are freshwater or saltwater pearls and have to be carefully treasured.  After they are worn, wipe them gently with a soft chamois or soft cloth which can be dry or slightly damp. Never use harsh or abrasive fabrics and never wash them in a bowl of water …  the pearls are knotted with silk  and the silk might rot. Also do not use jewellery dips on pearls.  It will remove all the natural lustre and shine from their surface!!!

Coloured crystals and gemstones can be cleaned with warm water, a mild soap and a soft brush.
