1. Product Information
Each item at Printarium.ZA is handcrafted with care and attention to detail, ensuring a unique product. Variations in colour, texture, and design may occur due to the handmade nature of the products. These variations add to the charm and individuality of each piece.
2. Packaging & Shipping
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. All items are securely packaged using high-quality materials to protect them during transit. However, once your package leaves our facility, the responsibility for safe delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays or mishandling by the shipping provider. Tracking information will be provided once the package has been shipped.
3. Care Instructions
To preserve the quality and longevity of your handcrafted item, please follow the care instructions provided. Our products are delicate and should be handled with care. Please avoid dropping or exposing them to harsh conditions.
4. Damage After Delivery
Once the item has been delivered, we cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by mishandling, including but not limited to:
Breakage due to dropping the item
Damage caused by children, pets, or rough use
Paint chipping, fading, or damage after delivery
Please ensure your item is kept in a safe and secure location to prevent accidental damage.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will assess the issue. Please note that normal variations in handmade items do not constitute defects.
6. Damaged During Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.
7. Custom Orders
Custom orders are welcome! Please note that custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any special requests must be clearly communicated before the order is placed.
8. Liability
Our products are intended for decorative purposes only and are not toys. We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur from misuse or mishandling of our products.
