Returns: Pink Ivy Jewelry Policy lasts 14 days. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. It must also be with original packaging intact.

Gift Cards: are non-returnable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refunds: Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund, this decision is based on the condition of the item(s) recieved.

If approved then a credit will automatically be processed to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Late or delayed refunds (if applicable): if you have not received a refund yet first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before a refund officially reflects. If you have done this and still not recieved your refund please contact [email protected]

Sale items: only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please email [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying shipping for returning any items, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping insurance is optional and for your own cost. Please note that the purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs, we are happy to arrange collection and return with our couriers should you need assistance however you will be responsible for the cost.
