Returns:
Please keep in mind that handcrafted goods (especially leather) might contain blemishes, marking, scaring and or subtle colour and shading variations.
The visual representation of the item to be sold will be of the exact item that is for sale.
Every effort is made to ensure colour fidelity in the visual representation of the products in our store however, each digital screen represents colour differently and subtle colour differences may occur.
Please familiarize yourself with the exact dimensions of the product specified in the product description prior to committing to the purchase.
Each item is individually checked for defect and damage prior to personal packaging with shock absorbent padding to avoid transport damage.
This being said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you may initiate the return, refund and or exchange process via the Moksi platform within 24 hours of the Aramex confirmed delivery time.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted 24 hours after Aramex has confirmed delivery.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted for all items except earrings.
Return Window: You must initiate the return process via the Moksi platform within 24 hours of the Aramex confirmed delivery time.
Return Shipping: The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ship the item(s) to the following address:

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in salable, original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Lost or Stolen Packages: The purchaser and or courier service chosen by the purchaser will be responsible for the safe return of the items. Items lost or stolen before acceptance of delivery by Ashgrove Studio will unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged.
Exclusions:
Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings. All earring sales are final.
Custom-Made Jewelry: Normally we do not produce custom made items. In the rare event that a custom order is accepted, these items are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Initiate Return: Contact us via the Moksi platform within 24 hours of the Aramex confirmed delivery time to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Once the return is approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address ensuring the contact details provided are correctly documented.
Inspection and Refund: We will inspect the returned item(s) upon receipt. If the item(s) meet the return conditions, we will process the refund via the Moksi platform within 3- 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the agreed Moksi refund method.
