Returns
Hey Suga has as 72 hour returns policy. You have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return
1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
2. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging
3. Your item must be undamaged
4. Please supply the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom branded items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the incorrect item.
No returns will be accepted on custom branded, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for the same item in another colour where stock is available.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not.
If your refund has been approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
