This item is handcrafted using KRISTAL™ Epoxy Resin – a strong and durable material. It has an elegant glass-like finish yet has the durability of plastic – thus will not break easily.
Once cured, Kristal castings are:
– Waterproof
– Scratch-resistant (but not scratch-proof)
– Anti-yellowing UV stabilized
Care:
– Not dishwasher safe
– Easily cleaned with water and a soft cloth
– Resin is naturally sensitive to extreme temperature – keep out of direct sunlight for long periods

Warranty Policy
Resin Heart pieces are manufactured with good quality epoxy resin that will last for years, if used for the purpose it was created and if cared for as per care instructions.
However, should you wish to refund your purchase, please note we will only refund items under the following conditions:
- If your item was damaged during transit and you received it in a damaged or broken state, please send visual proof (photo) thereof to Alva 0727343489. We will then gladly refund your purchase OR replace your chosen item.
- If you are not happy with your purchase and changed your mind, please keep it in original packaging and inform us via email: [email protected] – We will then arrange for collection thereof and refund you.
- If your purchased item breaks, while being used for its purpose and in the absence of forceful handling, due to manufacturing error/malfunction during the first 30 days of purchasing, then we will refund you.
