Lion’s mane mushrooms are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion’s mane as they grow. They contain bioactive substances that have many beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart, and gut.
Usage per day
Those looking to adopt a daily ritual should not exceed 1–4 grams of Lion’s Mane into whatever food is applicable. For those just beginning to take Lion’s Mane, it’s recommended that you double the dose for the first three weeks (4gr) and then reduce it to 2 grams to accelerate cognitive results.
We mix the powder into a quarter cup of hot water and drink it. It is best to drink it in the morning.
