If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Shipment processing time
Your order will be actioned once your payment reflects in our account.
All orders to be sent off to the courier companies between 2-4 working days.
Please note the following: We use external shipping companies (The Courier Guy ) to send packages.
You will be sent a tracking number upon request with your shipping confirmation, which you can use to track how far your awesome products are.
Once your order is shipped, it may take 2 – 5 days for it to arrive, depending on your area.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. All our orders are delivered through our standard deliver process domestically by land and not through AIR, because the product is liquid in nature, government guidelines to be followed for item restrictions. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
