The dainty Amethyst Heart Glass Pendant was designed and executed by myself.
The glass bead was made by me using the method of lampwork – just like the artisans from Murano – melting glass and decorating it in the flame. All beads are annealed to harden the glass and make it durable. I often drop my beads on tile floors without breaking or chipping.
This is a Dainty Amethyst Heart Glass Pendant made with Murano amethyst colour glass and has tiny cubic zirconia embedded in the glass. Depending on the light that falls on the little piece, the zirconia is less or more visible. It is supposed to be a little surprise add-in and makes the piece unique and endearing. The chain is 40 – 41 mm in length and is sterling silver.
Winter months I play with fire and glass, while summer is for resin fun !!
No one piece can be made the same as all beads are created free-hand.
