- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags/packaging attached.
- Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
Warranty Coverage:
- We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage resulting from accidents, improper care, or alteration of the product.
