Pickled Mushroom and Strawberry Salad
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:
· Pickled Shiitake Mushrooms
· Strawberries ( cut in preferred size)
· Feta Cheese
· Rocket Leaves
Drizzle the Shiitake-infused oil over and spice with Black Pepper and Salt
