Mix the following ingredients in a bowl:

·       Pickled Shiitake Mushrooms

·       Strawberries ( cut in preferred size)

·       Feta Cheese

·       Rocket Leaves

Drizzle the Shiitake-infused oil over and spice with Black Pepper and Salt

The oil is a Shiitake-infused oil. Use in salads as a salad oil or add to your salad dressings.  The Shiitake-infused oil is perfect to marinate your steak or drizzle over chicken or fish.
